The rooms at L'Incanto Di Roma are beautifully decorated with ethnic furnishings, giving them a unique and cozy atmosphere. I absolutely loved the thoughtful touches like premium bedding that made my stay incredibly comfortable.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the shared bathrooms. However, I understand that others may not mind this arrangement and still enjoy their stay.

All rooms and toilet were always very clean

Nice and cosy appartment with 4 bedrooms. Kitchen and bathrooms have to be shared with other guests. Breakfast is quite simple (toast, butter, jam) and has to be prepared by yourself in the kitchen. Kitchen offers only space for 4 guests, so you have to eat in the line, on the other hand it is very communicative and you can share experiences, tips etc. with the other guests.

Great location with easy access to bus and metro, surrounded by good restaurants and gelato spots. Fantastic hosts who provide helpful information and stayed in touch. Cozy kitchen with a variety of breakfast options and a spacious, secure room. Comfy and well-organized.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel as it was close to the Vatican museums and other attractions. Additionally, the cleanliness was impeccable and the staff was very accommodating. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and we felt safe in this quiet area.

This hotel is amazing! its location is perfect - close to public transport and within walking distance to major tourist destinations like Trevi Fountain and the metro station. Secondly, the staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive, always with a smile on their faces. Lastly, the rooms are beautifully decorated with pretty finishing touches, making your stay even more enjoyable.

No complaints, everything was great!

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the clean and comfortable room with a spacious bathroom. The location was perfect as it was near public transportation and tourist attractions. What I liked best was the kitchen where I could prepare my meals and save some money on dining out.

The noise from the traffic outside was unbearable, making it hard to get a good night's rest. the Wi-Fi connection was not always reliable, which was frustrating when trying to stay in touch with loved ones during the holidays.

The bed and breakfast had a great WiFi connection, perfect for keeping the kids entertained with their favorite shows and games. We were able to effortlessly surf the web and stay connected during our stay. It made our downtime in the room enjoyable and convenient.

For dads, it would be great if there were more activities or games available for the children to enjoy.

The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, always checking in to see how we were doing. the kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials and even some basic food, which saved us money on dining out. the location was perfect, within walking distance of all the major attractions and close to public transportation. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the accommodations.

The B&B is conveniently located, just a short walk away from the city center and Roma Termini station. Breakfast can be acquired quite close by, either in a nearby cafe or through vouchers at check-in. the rooms are clean, and the shared bathrooms have separate facilities for men and women.

The staff is not always fluent in English, which can make communication difficult for non-Italian speakers.

The hotel provided excellent value for money, exceeding my expectations in terms of pricing.
